Hi Everyone,
I hope you are as excited about the Sew Mama Sew Giveaway linky party as I am!
I have been pondering for a while what to give away for this event and I hope you will love what I have chosen as much as I do. I picked up a 1/2 yd of Kokka Japan cotton at a recent local quilt show.
I love the little red riding hood and big bad wolf on it. I also am adding a 17"xWOF piece of Westminister Carrie fabric and a new copy of a quilt magazine I recently flipped over. It is issue six of Love Patchwork and Quilting magazine published in the UK. I rarely pick up quilt magazines, finding that I can get all the inspiration I need from fellow bloggers. The reason I find this magazine so inspirational is it is stock full of straight from blogger projects!!! Some I have already been following and some I am sure to check out regularly from now on. Best part I swear there is not one project in the magazine that I wouldn't love to make!!! Plus this issue has a free packet of quilt labels included with it for all those projects that you need to add a label to.
To enter my giveaway...
1. leave a comment answering this question---How may current projects are you working on???
2. old and new followers can leave a second entry comment---Just let me know how you follow
This giveaway is open to everyone ( yes I will gladly ship internationally) and will close May 17th 8 pm PST. I will post the winner on my blog and email the winner---please be sure I can contact you should you win. If you are not sure if you are a no reply blogger please leave your email in your comment. Winner will be chosen at random by a random number generator.
Good Luck Everyone!!!
(Due to the high volume of comments during a giveaway --- I may not be able to answer every comment --- as I normally do. Thanks for your understanding :)

Hi! I'm working on 4 projects right now. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm working on four projects at the moment, a mix of crochet, sewing and jewellery making.
ReplyDeleteI'm only working on one project right now…a quilt for my sister. Thanks for the sweet giveaway :)
ReplyDeleteI follow via GFC
ReplyDeleteummm 5 eeekkkk which I think is huge considering I am a newbie quilter!!!
ReplyDeleteI have become an email follower too
ReplyDeleteI think I can safely say nine projects, including the ones that need binding. I won't tell you how many I have started but am not currently working on...that would make me feel guilty about being online instead of at the machine.
ReplyDelete2 quilting and too many crochet and knitting
ReplyDeleteI am working on 3 projects. A quilt to bind, 3 bags to make and 8 zip pouches (I think 8?). Oh, I am also supposed to squeeze in a messenger bag and backpack for my girls.
ReplyDeleteOh… at the moment…4 only… I think! 4 quilts in various stages!
ReplyDeleteMy machine was in the shop for quite a while and projects kept piling up, so I would guess way too many. At least 6 finished tops that need to be basted and quilted and bound. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI am working on 4 projects right now...hand quilting a king size quilt, piecing a poppy quilt, and a lighthouse wall hanging.and making a few small items. Thank you
ReplyDeleteAt the moment, 2.
ReplyDeletejen dot barnard at btinternet dot com
3 quilting projects and a counted cross stitch.
ReplyDeleteTwo sewing projects and a few abandoned wips
ReplyDeleteThree or four projects, plus three? knitting projects, plus a pile of quilt tops that have been long abandoned. :)
ReplyDeleteI was going to say just two and then I thought about it and the number is much larger. Say closer to 8.... Oops better get onto thise
ReplyDeleteI am focusing on two projects but I have the fabric cut for about nine. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI follow with bloglovin'.
ReplyDeleteoh, right now at least 5. I like to do things assembly line style... cut all the fabric for 5 or 6 projects, then sew it all together.

ReplyDeleteOne right this minute. At least 10 waiting in line for their turn to be finished.
ReplyDeleteActively, probably 7. I have at least a dozen more sitting in boxes, partially done.
ReplyDeleteI have 3 projects cut and ready to sew, I just need to find the time! But I am working on adding the borders to a low volume quilt and that is my number 1 priority right now!
ReplyDeleteI'm currently working on three projects (one is a UFO, two are recent projects).
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower via Feedly.
ReplyDeleteI have 3 projects on the go at the moment, and that doesn't count my cross stitch projects. x
ReplyDeleteI'm working on too many projects... A quilt that just needs quilting, pants for my son that just need hemming & elastic measured, a counted cross stitch picture, knitting a scarf, and picking a pattern/fabric to make summer pj's for my sons. So I guess I'll say 5 projects at the moment. :)
ReplyDeleteI follow you via bloglovin! :)
ReplyDelete4 or 5 right now, thanks
ReplyDeleteold follower
ReplyDeleteSo proud to say I'm working on only ONE project right now (ok, one quilting project, there's also a cross stitching, two painting, and one furniture refurbish project in process too). But I'm ok with being in denial for a couple of more days. Thanks for the opportunity!
ReplyDeleteI follow via bloglovin too!

ReplyDeleteI just signed up for your emails.
ReplyDeleteTwo backs to finish, one on the design wall half pieced, one starched and marked to start assembly line sewing and 30 on my todo list. Not to mention the ones still swirling in my head. Great question. My answer sounds insane but all true. Cindy

ReplyDeleteI have one project that I am working on.

ReplyDeleteUm, that's a hard question. I'm actively working on a bib and a quilt. I'm semi-actively working on a crocheted skunk. I'm getting ready to work on a dress (I have one fabric and the pattern; I'm waiting until the end of the week when I have more money and can buy the rest of the fabric!). I'm working on a shirt, but it's turning out so awful that I think I will throw it out (!), but I have some fabric to try and make a new one. I have a black and white grandmother's garden that I just pulled out to fiddle with. I have a couple other WIPs, but they are mostly stalled, so I won't mention them!
