It's a Party



Welcome to all of you stopping by for the Beat the Winter Blues Blog Hop Party and celebrating the approaching end of Winter!!!  I think this is a great way to spend the time waiting for Spring to arrive.  A huge thanks to Michele from the Quilting Gallery for hosting the big bash for us.  I love a great blog hop party!!!  Be sure to visit all the other participating sites.  You can find a list of all the blogs participating here

I don't know about you but I have been preparing for Spring with a little Spring cleaning.  My sewing studio has needed it for a while. I admit I am a messy cook and evidently an even messier quilter.  I did find a few goodies to share with one of you while doing so, so I guess it is a win win situation.  I hope to be able to share my clean space with you soon.  The last time I cleaned up there I only cleaned it half way and couldn't wait to get back to sewing and this time I want to do a thorough job...but having said that I am already itching to get back to some UFO's and my March BOMs.

So you want to know what I found for you.  Well wait no longer.  I would love to share the love with these three fat quarters I found left over from the QuiltUBe Mine swap I participated in.  I never used these so they must want to live with one of you lucky blog hoppers.  I am also going to throw in a surprise because that is what gifts should be about right?  SURPRISE...you will just have to wait to see what it might be. The Party lasts thru the 14th of March so I will let Mr. Random choose a winner on March 15th and post it here and contact the winner by email.  It would be really sad if I couldn't contact you if you win so please be sure you are not a no reply blogger when leaving a comment.  If you are unsure you can leave your email in your comment in the format of (email address at  dot com) or net or what have you. I will ship to anywhere in the world so please feel free to have the luck 'o the Irish and enter to win.

I am requiring no hoop jumping for this giveaway.  To enter just leave any old comment on this post below.  I would love to have you follow me but it is not required to score the goods.  Feel free to look around and stay a while if you like but I know you are itching to get back to hopping ( I know the feeling and can relate). One comment per person only please.  I am however close to 100 followers and will add three more fat quarters to the offering if I get to that milestone. I am also close to post number 100 and will be hosting another giveaway soon for that.  Keep watch for more on that in the next month or two.

    I saw some crocuses in my garden on Thursday. They always surprise me because they hug the ground and are mostly covered by blown leaves until one day, I see them. Now I'll start watching for the tulips, can't wait. Thanks for the giveaway.

    I got this 'whoops thats an error' message.. my comment is that it is so slow to work on BOMs. I want to do everything at once and finish it up.

    Yes you must have an amazing amount of stash. Good for you and good for us. Fat quarters are always welcomed at my house and I would just give them all kinds of love. So will my cat Shadow.
